Business Unit Description:

Human Resources is a strategic partner to the business, dedicated to managing DTCC’s human capital initiatives, sustaining a work environment that promotes excellent performance across the organization and developing and retaining a global workforce that contributes to DTCC's strategy and business imperatives.

Position Summary:

  • Align talent to the right development experiences and roles to support career growth
  • Develop the leadership capabilities and skills needed to drive our businesses forward, and
  • Accelerate our high potential talent to create, invent, and deliver the future of financial services.
Specific Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop and deliver enterprise-wide programs and/ or processes across multiple platforms, including: executing change initiatives, planning, budgeting, scheduling, facilitating sessions, coordinating with vendors, marketing and communications, and developing materials and collateral   
  • Partner effectively with the HR Operations team to leverage both the talent and learning management systems
  • Lead engagements with key stakeholders to understand talent needs and develop solutions  
  • Collect, manage, interpret and analyze talent data and participant/partner feedback
  • Create effective presentations, reports and tools to support all aspects of team projects
  • Manage multiple assignments simultaneously and report project status and issues timely, both in individual and team endeavors
  • Source, evaluate and provide recommendations for new vendors and content
  • Conduct research on talent and development best practices to support continuous improvement and collaborate with the team to make recommendations
  • Mitigate risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree required, with Masters or equivalent experience preferred 
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design methodology
