Business Unit Description:

The Corporate Procurement Services (CPS) team is responsible for strategically partnering with our internal clients to source, and procure more than $500 MM of goods and services annually.  In addition, CPS supports all aspects of the supplier lifecycle including: supplier onboarding, supplier relationship management and supplier reporting.

Position Summary:

The Sourcing Analyst role offers candidates an unparalleled opportunity to work across DTCC and support major sourcing and procurement engagements for our business stakeholders.  They act as the primary connective tissue across our internal clients, sourcing, finance and risk teams to ensure our purchases are aligned with our sourcing goals and objectives.  The Sourcing Analyst role supports all components of the procurement lifecycle.  This includes: developing recommendations and strategies to manage our supply base, managing the requisition to purchase order process, and supporting the competitive bid process.

Role can be supported in Tampa or Jersey City offices
Specific Responsibilities:
  • Drive the requisition to purchase order process
  • Manage and execute change orders to existing purchase orders
  • Perform analysis to support competitive bidding situations (e.g., three bids and a buy)
  • Advise, guide, and train internal clients on CPS processes
  • Perform financial and operational analyses related to supplier spend and performance
  • Align risk and control processes into daily responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately
  • Perform financial and operational analyses related to supplier spend and performance

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or supply chain management preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in procurement or sourcing preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills required 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
