About this Opportunity
The successful candidate will be a key member of the team responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing management and governance of the DTCC Technology Risk Management program. Responsibilities include developing and refining workflow, requirements and client communications necessary to deliver the program. The candidate will be involved in our regulatory and client engagement activities and responsible for timely and effective communication. Responsibilities include collaborating with Technology Risk Management, Information Technology, Legal, Regulatory Relations, Client Relationship Management and other key stakeholders.
 
Business Unit: Global Chief Risk Office
Our Risk Management teams work to protect the safety and soundness of our systems and are responsible for identifying, managing, measuring and mitigating a spectrum of key risk types including credit, market, liquidity, systemic, operational and technology in all existing and new products, activities, processes and systems.
 
What You'll Do
Act as the central point of contact for our Regulatory Relations and Member/Participants through the Relationship management teams
Liaise with subject matter experts across the cyber security and technology organizations
Manage the engagement and responses to exams and questionnaires in regard to our cybersecurity program 
Understand the changing threat landscape and impact to the business
Help reassess existing processes and create new ones that most effectively anticipate, manage and reduce risk to DTCC and its participants
Manage the strategy, program assessment and control lifecycle processes for client and regulatory engagement.
Manage the attestation request, response, and sampling workflows for the SIG and other internal assessments
Design relevant management SLA’s, reporting metrics and risk thresholds
Align cybersecurity program assessment reporting with stakeholders in support of managing risk and identifying opportunities to enhance DTCC's security profile

 

Sound Like You?
Minimum of 5 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
 
Additional Things You'll Do
5-7 years of business/security work experience with an emphasis on financial services or other highly regulated environments
5-7 years’ experience as a security, risk and/or control professional
