Department/Area Function: 

 

Sales & Solution Delivery (SSD) is focused on providing a consistent Client Experience across all business lines and geographies, enabling enhanced Client Satisfaction, Revenue Growth and Business Line Success.  The SSD function includes Sales, Partners, Relationship Management, Integration, Marketing & Communications and Sales Planning & Execution.

 

Position Title:  Integration Consultant

 

Position Summary:  

 

The SIFMU Integration Consultant will be responsible for managing the Client onboarding process across the SIFMU Business from beginning through to the end with a focus on providing an excellent Client Experience.  The SIFMU Integration Consultant will be required to work collaboratively across the DTCC organization to ensure a successful and efficient Client onboarding.  This position requires strong skills and experience in collaboration, organization, communication and overall project management. 

 

Principal Responsibilities:

·         Act as the primary point of contact for Client onboarding, account maintenance and offboarding across the SIFMU Business with a focus on the Client Experience 

·         Manage all aspects of the Client onboarding lifecycle across all DTCC stages 

·         Hold project kickoff meetings to align on expectations, timelines and overall deliverables 

·         Manage the membership process, support Legal and oversee all setups across PSE and Production 

·         Support clients during client test by supporting all aspects of UAT. 

·         Lead regular project status meetings with clients to provide project status updates. 

·         Monitor client progress during initial production rollout and successful handover to Production Support teams. 

·         Accountable for project success and the resolution of all issues that arise during the project life cycle. 

·         Successfully engage in multiple client projects simultaneously. 

·         Build and maintain strong relationships across all groups  involved with the Client Onboarding process 

·         Identify and implement opportunities for efficiencies by working across the GSD teams and overall DTCC Organization. 

·         Develop and maintain project materials as needed (Project Status Reports, project plans, test plans, etc)   

·         Act as the voice of Client when possible to provide feedback and potentially recommendations to Product Management 

·         Additional project work required by Management when necessary

Knowledge and Skills Required:

·         Must be professional, dedicated, detail-oriented and have excellent follow-through 

·         Good organizational and time management skills 

·         Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills 

·         Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently 

·         Must be self-motivated and willing to expand skills and knowledge 

·         Strong interpersonal skills 

·         Knowledge and experience of the SIFMU Businesses

Required Experience:

·         Experience managing Client Projects or Onboarding 

·         3+ years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in Client facing roles. 

·         Proven ability to work in a team environment as well as independently owning initiatives•

·         Continually Improves Projects & Processes: Proactively suggests and implements opportunities and solutions for improving effectiveness of projects and processes 

·         Knows the Products & Industry: Demonstrates a deep knowledge of SIFMU solutions and the ability to manage the overall process

Education, Training &/or Certification: B.S. in Business or Finance
