Business Unit Description:

Human Resources (HR) is a strategic partner to the business, dedicated to managing DTCC’s human capital initiatives, sustaining a work environment that promotes excellent performance across the organization and developing and retaining a global workforce that contributes to DTCC's strategy and business imperatives.


Position Summary:

Responsible for supporting the activities of the HR Operations Service Center including but not limited to; data entry, reporting, learning/training event support (virtual and classroom), process documentation, and general support of HR policies, practices and process to all staff and managers  Team members should have the ability to assess current processes with an eye on continuous improvement and the ability to learn and utilize HR technologies to respond to staff needs and support HR Center of Excellence processes.


Specific Responsibilities:

  • Data entry responsibilities, including the importing, scrubbing and validation of staff and organizational data
  • Interface with up and downstream stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and timely entry
  • Perform needs analysis and requirements gathering for planned training events and evolutions.
  • Provide input to requirements, process flows and design documents to help ensure that platform configuration is aligned with business needs
  • Create training events, manage users, user transcripts, and learning assets in the Learning Management System
  • Troubleshoot, research and resolve system issues and inquires via various hotlines and mailboxes
  • Assist end users with system functionality and features
  • Support various HR business processes such as goal setting, performance review, comp cycles, etc.
  • Drive the organization to self-service model by automating the delivery of reports and dashboards
  • Develop and maintain procedural documentation to accurately reflect business processes
  • Develop and maintain scheduled and ad hoc reports, queries and dashboards to support all areas of HR
  • Provide metrics and analytics to support business needs by compiling, transforming and visualizing data
  • Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years, HR Administration, Learning/Training Administration, HR Technology (HRIS) or other related HR experience (Oracle HCM Cloud, Taleo Recruiting and/or Cornerstone On-demand preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy
  • Intermediate Excel skills including v-lookup, pivot tables and data visualization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • SharePoint knowledge (HTML/CSS knowledge) a plus
