Business Unit Description:

Human Resources is a strategic partner to the business, dedicated to managing DTCC’s human capital initiatives, sustaining a work environment that promotes excellent performance across the organization and developing and retaining a global workforce that contributes to DTCC's strategy and business imperatives.


Position Summary:

Responsible for ensuring that the firm has competitive and cost-effective benefits policies and practices. In addition to managing DTCC'S day-to-day benefits programs, people in this role will also be involved in proactively designing and delivering benefits solutions and policies in line with the firm's HR and business strategies. They may also have responsibility for managing external benefits providers.


Specific Responsibilities:

  • Supports processing of all benefit activities including new hires, terminations, retirement contributions, statutory benefits
  • Responsible for coordinating with the various internal departments and vendors for timely processing of benefit information for new hires and terminations
  • Supports the Global Benefits Manager in overseeing the administration of all APAC employee benefit programs (Health & Welfare, Savings & Retirement, Work/Life, Statutory Benefits)
  • Supports Global Benefits Manager on Wellbeing activities by assisting with communications, implementation and results tracking
  • Understand and ensure plans are compliant with local regulations
  • Partner with local Payroll and HR to ensure that benefit contributions/deductions are processed and funded timely and accurately
  • Maintain procedural documentation to accurately reflect benefit processes and takes the initiative to look at ways to improve the process
  • Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately

  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
