Business Unit Description:


The mission of the Client Operations team is to ensure client success by providing our global client base and partners an exceptional best-in-class support experience across our portfolio of service offerings.


Position Summary:


Specialist is responsible for general processing of client master file updates. This includes receiving authorized requests, preparing internal and external notices (Important Notices), updating appropriate master files and performing quality control checks.


Specific Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in the back-end systems processing of all customer account activations, name changes and retirements.
  • Process all aspects of service and operational arrangements under NSCC’s Membership’s responsibility (e.g. NSCC OTC Executed By, Commission Bill, Qualified Special Rep (QSR) updates, etc…)
  • Provide support in the distribution of internal notices instructing internal departments to add, delete or update customer records
  • Prepare and distribute “Important Notices” to the “Street” for changes in membership and maintain various membership listings and Management reports for distribution to other departments
  • Create and review daily edit reports to ensure accuracy of prior day updates and protect against unauthorized access to master file
  • Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
