Business Unit Description:

The Agile Center of Excellence (CoE) develops, supports, and maintains Agile processes and best practices across the enterprise.  We provide agile coaching, training, and guidance to foster agile maturity. Through the administration of agile metrics and maturity assessments, we help shape the organization in developing behaviors that support agile at the enterprise level and provide a platform for continuous learning and improvement.

All candidates must have authorization to work permanently in the US (now or in the future).

Position Summary:

The Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC) is recruiting recent and upcoming college graduates to fill entry-level, full-time positions in business areas across our company.  These positions welcome students who are interested in kick-starting their careers in the financial services industry while expanding their knowledge and involvement in the clearing and settlement business. When graduates join our company, they become part of our Pipeline Program. This program offers the total rewards, benefits and compensation of a full-time position while giving students the opportunity to learn from experts currently working within the field. Pipeline participants make meaningful contributions within their business areas while completing training designed for their specific department. This program includes an orientation week followed by both classroom and desk-side, on the job training.  

DTCC is recruiting students who have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the following curriculums:  Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS or Business & Technology Management. Pipeline curriculum includes various training classes for DTCC technology platforms. Core curriculum is supplemented by study groups with subject experts, video conferences and desk-side mentoring to support the experiential learning projects they are assigned. This position will work within the Human Resources department at DTCC.

Specific Responsibilities:
  • Support for assigned tools and services
  • Coordination with cross-functional support teams.
  • Maintain flexibility to work on ad-hoc asks that come from Management related to any topic
  • Process documentation, creation & socialization
  • Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Work or internship experience in a professional setting preferred
  • Experience working in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
