The Business Transformation Office (BTO) is a centralized internal consulting team driving many of DTCC’s most critical and impactful business initiatives and partners with DTCC’s leadership team to help execute on the organization’s strategic agenda through the core offerings of Transformation Programs, Business Process Improvement, Opportunity Assessment, and Business Insights. The Business Transformation Engagement & Delivery Lead (Associate Director) position offers candidates an unparalleled opportunity to drive a portfolio of transformation projects, coupled with exposure to senior leadership, and the opportunity to effect positive change within a leading financial services institution.


Your Responsibilities: 

  • Own the overall management of the client relationship and the successful delivery of proposed BTO solutions and services to the aligned business or function stakeholder(s) and senior leadership
  • Support the identification of future client needs and potential transformation engagements
  • Drive alignment on vision through clear communication and direction to squad members on identified business challenges, in-scope activities and best-practice approaches for solutioning
  • Collaborates with squad to deliver on most critical value drivers; present a high-level vision board and delivery roadmap that expresses evolving customer’s needs
  • Supports collaboration in squad by encouraging inputs by squad members. Seeks to improve leadership style in order to motivate others within the squad.
  • Seek out and delivers feedback to various stakeholders and creates supporting action items to bring about positive changes. Prioritizes and responds to feedback appropriately.
  • Checks in and engages continuously with squad members to build relationships and promote trust.
  • Identify mentoring/coaching opportunities and provide consistent feedback to squad members during and after all engagements

Talents Needed for Success:

  • Minimum of 7 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree required with Masters or equivalent experience preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise across multiple BTO competencies:
    (i.e. Data analysis, Process re-engineering, Agile methodologies, Project Management, Business Acumen, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of Agile and relevant frameworks
  • Management consulting experience a huge plus
