About this Opportunity

Provide support and subject matter expertise on resiliency for DTCC and its subsidiaries, frequently interfacing with business area representatives and other risk areas to identify and mitigate resiliency risks across the enterprise. Independently manage the business continuity lifecycle (governance, planning, testing, education, metrics & reporting) for a portfolio of areas across product lines, support units and facilities. Serve as a primary or backup site analyst performing related crisis management planning, testing and activation duties. Support third party risk and supply chain management area by conducting third party risk assessments and supply chain analysis of critical third parties.

Our Risk Management teams work to protect the safety and soundness of our systems and are responsible for identifying, managing, measuring and mitigating a spectrum of key risk types including credit, market, liquidity, systemic, operational and technology in all existing and new products, activities, processes and systems.

Our Business Continuity Management team is responsible for preparing the organization to respond to events that interrupt business so that critical business functions continue within specified regulatory timeframes. Critical functions are broadly defined as activities that directly and indirectly serve clients, protect assets and records, and maintain DTCC's reputation.


What You'll Do
  • Manage a portfolio of operational Resilience Plans.
  • Conduct third party risk assessments in support of the third party risk management department as a business continuity management subject matter expert.
  • Assist with supply chain risk analysis by researching various attributes of critical third parties.
  • Help to identify areas where automation solutions can support increased efficiency and drive improvements in performance.
  • Stay abreast of new technology, business, industry, and operational developments and support the application of newly acquired knowledge to the department’s capabilities.
  • Mitigate risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.
  • Serve as crisis response team member, supporting an effective enterprise-wide crisis response.

Sound Like You?

  • Two to four years of experience in a combination of business continuity functions including maintaining business continuity plans and third party risk assessments or the proven ability to learn business continuity practices.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

Additional Qualifications

  • Knowledge or awareness of critical DTCC corporate businesses, especially business operations preferred.
  • Can work US business day shift
